This is often a good deal, and you may be thankful that you want unlimited. That means no fees when you go over more than what you thought you would use with Verizon text message.

You may find that you can add unlimited text to your prepaid plan, but that is not always the case. If you text constantly, and you can’t add unlimited, this is not the best idea for you. Just five texts sent and received will cost you a dollar. That adds up very fast. If your Verizon text is going to a non-Verizon phone, and you type more than 160 characters, it could go out as two or three texts, costing you twenty or thirty cents. Keep that in mind when you choose.
