You may think that you are young, and there is no need for you to have a will. Those without current commitments or children often think that there is simply no need because they have little to leave behind as of yet, and they don’t have to worry about the care of others. When you add children and a wife or husband, that is when you might not be able to use something that is quite as simple and easy. You can have an attorney to help you, though that will cost you more. However, because a simple will can be drawn up rather quickly, especially if you already have a draft of what you need, you may not have to pay for more than an hour of a lawyers time if you can find one that won’t take forever with doing it up. You can find do-it-yourself kits online for a low price, and if you have a very uncomplicated situation, that might be the cheapest way to go.
